Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including names, business roles, email addresses, phone numbers, company information, profile evidence, correction requests, newsletter subscriptions, contact messages and commercial enquiries. Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referral source, approximate location, cookies and security logs.

Consent and limiting collection
We seek meaningful consent where required and aim to collect only information reasonably needed for identified purposes. Consent can be withdrawn, subject to legal or operational limits. Public business information may be processed for directory and editorial purposes even when it was not submitted directly by the business.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, analytics, form, payment or other technology providers acting for Wholly Canada. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a legitimate business transaction. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
Storage, retention and safeguards
Providers may process information in Canada or other countries, where it may be subject to local law. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet system is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security.
Your choices and access
You may unsubscribe using an email link, adjust browser cookie controls, or ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. Send privacy requests to menelaos.anastasakos@gmail.com. We may need to verify identity before completing a request.
Email communications
Commercial electronic messages should be sent only where consent or another permitted basis exists, identify the sender and include a working unsubscribe mechanism. Consent and unsubscribe records should be maintained as required. Newsletter consent is separate from permission to respond to a direct service or contact request.
Children, third-party links and changes
Wholly Canada is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Third-party sites have separate privacy practices. We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change and will revise the date above.
Our approach is informed by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada’s PIPEDA fair information principles and the CRTC’s CASL guidance. Applicable requirements can vary by province and activity.
